Air France Announces New Partnership with Apple TV to Enhance Its In-Flight Entertainment Offer
Air France has unveiled a new partnership with Apple TV aimed at transforming the in-flight entertainment experience for long-haul travellers. As of January, the airline is teaming up with the award-winning streaming service to bring a curated selection of Apple TV original content on board, giving passengers access to more than 45 hours of premium programming.
The collaboration reflects Air France’s continued focus on delivering a world-class travel experience, combining comfort, technology and culture at 35,000 feet.
A Prestigious Apple TV Catalogue on Long-Haul Flights
Passengers on all Air France long-haul flights can now enjoy exclusive access to a dedicated selection of Apple TV programmes directly on their individual seatback screens.
The catalogue features some of the most acclaimed global hits, including Ted Lasso, The Morning Show and Severance. Travellers can also discover series celebrating French lifestyle and gastronomy such as Carême. The line-up extends to documentaries like Prehistoric Planet and The Reluctant Traveler with Eugene Levy, as well as family-friendly titles including WondLa and The Snoopy Show.
The first three episodes of each series are available through a dedicated Apple TV channel within the in-flight entertainment system. Content is offered in French and English, with subtitles and accessibility options for deaf and hard-of-hearing passengers. The selection totals around 45 hours and is refreshed every two months to keep the offering current.

Apple TV Access via Air France’s High-Speed Wi-Fi
Beyond seatback screens, Air France is also integrating Apple TV into its new high-speed Wi-Fi portal. Passengers can enjoy one week of free access to Apple TV on their personal devices, allowing them to start watching on board and continue after their journey.
Currently available through the portal, this feature will soon be enhanced with jointly curated content from Air France and Apple TV, creating a bespoke on-board trial experience for travellers.
Air France’s new high-speed Wi-Fi is being progressively deployed across the fleet, including regional aircraft, with full fleet coverage planned by the end of the year.
Over 1,500 Hours of Entertainment On Board
Apple TV joins an already extensive entertainment ecosystem on Air France long-haul flights. Each passenger has access to a high-definition screen with more than 1,500 hours of on-demand content.
The latest cabins feature anti-glare 4K screens equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, enabling travellers to pair their own headphones or earphones. A new touch-sensitive interface is also being introduced across 38,000 screens, available in 12 languages to make browsing easier.

Air France tailors its entertainment to a global audience while maintaining a strong French identity. Around 30% of the catalogue is dedicated to French productions, highlighting the richness of French cinema and series.
Passengers can choose from over 310 films spanning classics to recent releases, alongside series, documentaries, music, podcasts, destination guides and children’s programming. Well-being content such as meditation and chair yoga is also available, while interactive maps and on-board cameras allow travellers to follow their journey in real time.
With its Apple TV partnership and continued investment in connectivity and content, Air France is reinforcing its position as a leader in premium in-flight entertainment, offering passengers more choice and quality than ever before.
