Corona Sunsets Returns to Joburg

Johannesburg gets another taste of summer as the Corona Sunsets Summer Tour returns to the city on 5 December, taking over Villa Paradiso as the festive season begins to gather momentum.
The second Johannesburg stop forms part of Corona Sunsets’ biggest tour journey yet, connecting seven destinations across South Africa and Botswana.
Summer Comes Back to Joburg
By early December, Johannesburg is firmly in summer mode, making Villa Paradiso the latest setting for Corona Sunsets’ blend of music, outdoor experiences and golden-hour energy.
The tour’s More Than Music concept is designed to make the experience about more than simply watching artists perform.
Guests can explore the Eco Passport Journey, moving through interactive activities that include creating personalised Sunnycords, participating in an interactive drumming session and capturing a Living Is Calling moment at the Instagram station.
Those who complete the journey can also experience the mixology activation, where they can create their own Corona drink or cocktail.
The Journey Goes Beyond Joburg
The 5 December event arrives at a key point in the wider tour.
After Johannesburg, Corona Sunsets heads north across the border to Dimawe in Gaborone, Botswana, on 12 December for its first-ever Botswana stop.
The journey then continues to The Grand Beach Club in Cape Town on 15 December, before concluding at Manor House in Ballito on 19 December.
The cross-border expansion gives the 2026 tour a distinctly Southern African character, linking different cities and summer destinations through a shared focus on music, creativity, nature and connection.
Artists for the tour are still to be announced, but one thing is already locked in: 5 December is another date for Joburg’s summer calendar.
