Following standout releases like So Long and his celebrated remixes of Candi Staton’s Hallelujah Anyway and Louis Baker‘s Keep On, internationally acclaimed DJ and producer Larse is stepping into a new chapter with the launch of his own label, Vash Recordings. The label debuts with the single “Without You” featuring London-based singer Obi Franky, set to release on 10 October 2025.
Renowned for his signature blend of deep, soulful house and emotive grooves, Larse uses Vash Recordings as a platform for artistic freedom and carefully curated releases. Without You sets the tone perfectly, combining Obi Franky’s soulful vocals with Larse’s warm, atmospheric production to craft a track that is both emotionally stirring and rhythmically compelling.
The release also includes two standout reinterpretations:
- LRS delivers a deep, bassline-driven, Afro-inspired remix, layering hypnotic grooves and tribal percussion for a global underground feel.
- Summit Fever, a mysterious collective inspired by 90’s house, presents a euphoric piano-driven rework that channels the golden era of house while staying strikingly modern.
