Dangerous Alliances Take Off in In Flight
A gripping new thriller is set to soar onto screens as In Flight premieres on Universal TV (DStv 117) on 19 February. New episodes will air every Thursday at 8 PM, building toward a tense season finale on 26 March 2026.

At the heart of the story is Jo Conran, a flight attendant and single mother pushed into a life-or-death dilemma when she is forced to smuggle drugs to protect her imprisoned son. Drawn into a ruthless criminal underworld, Jo encounters Cormac Kelleher, who promises her son’s safety—at a devastating price. With nowhere else to turn, she reconnects with her ex, customs officer Dom Delaney, who begins helping her unravel the truth behind the criminal network before time runs out.

What unfolds is a high-stakes journey through gangsters, corruption, hired killers, and a dangerous love triangle. Set against the relentless pace of international air travel, In Flight follows one ordinary woman navigating extraordinary danger as she fights to protect her family and outwit a powerful syndicate.

The series boasts a standout ensemble cast led by Katherine Kelly, alongside Ashley Thomas, Stuart Martin, Harry Cadby, Tony Pitts, Corinna Brown, Emma Higginbottom, Bronagh Waugh and Ambreen Razia—bringing depth and intensity to this fast-paced drama.

Produced by Buccaneer Media in collaboration with Fremantle, the six-part series is written and co-created by Mike Walden and Adam Randall, produced by Brendan Mullin, and directed by Chris Baugh. With a strong creative team behind it and global distribution handled by Fremantle, the show promises suspense, emotional stakes, and unpredictable twists.
