Yumborghini Last Sundays Returns Bigger, Bolder, and More Exclusive
This past Sunday marked the much-anticipated return of Yumbs’ Yumborghini Last Sundays, the first edition after its winter break. Drawing in over 120 eager guests, the event once again proved why it is quickly becoming one of the city’s most vibrant and fast-rising lifestyle and music experiences.
From the moment the decks came alive, the crowd was swept into a sonic journey steeped in the event’s signature amapiano style. Zany kicked things off with a smooth, high-energy set, followed by a distinctive performance from Zwayetoven. Stixx then raised the tempo, effortlessly blending genres and keeping the dance floor locked in.

The night also introduced something new—its first-ever live performance by award-winning vocalist and songwriter Baby S.O.N, who delivered an unforgettable set that left the crowd wanting more. As the evening reached its peak, a special back-to-back performance by Yumbs and DJ Mickman ignited the room. Their seamless collaboration behind the decks embodied the true spirit of Yumborghini, where music, culture, and community collide.
Adding an extra layer of sophistication was Don Julio, who partnered as the official sponsor. Their premium offerings and curated touchpoints elevated the event, perfectly aligning with the Yumborghini lifestyle and giving guests a taste of exclusivity.

One of the event’s most treasured aspects remains its exclusive music previews. Guests were treated to unreleased tracks and experimental sounds, offering a rare glimpse into the creative process and ensuring the Yumborghini community feels part of something truly special. These moments are what make Yumborghini stand out—giving fans the chance to hear future anthems before they dominate dance floors across the country.
The return of Yumborghini also comes at a pivotal moment in Yumbs’ career. In October 2025, he is set to drop Yummy’s House Vol. 2, the highly anticipated follow-up to April’s Vol. 1, which has already amassed over 1 million streams. Meanwhile, his single “Izimangaliso” continues to climb, holding steady at #53 on the BMAT chart with 3.4 million streams to date.

With the energy and success of this edition, Yumborghini Last Sundays has set the tone for the months ahead, promising more unforgettable Sundays and further cementing its place as a staple in the city’s cultural calendar.
