Kabza De Small Launches Tech Hub, Signs JNR SA as First Artist
South African music icon Kabza De Small has officially launched Tech Hub, a brand-new record label dedicated to advancing the Afrotech movement and supporting the next generation of electronic music talent across Africa.
Widely celebrated as one of the pioneers behind Amapiano’s global success, Kabza De Small is now expanding his musical vision by embracing Afrotech. Through Tech Hub, he aims to create a platform where innovation, collaboration, and forward-thinking African electronic music can thrive while introducing fresh talent to audiences around the world.

A New Era for African Electronic Music
Tech Hub marks an exciting new chapter for Kabza De Small, bringing together the rich rhythms of African electronic music with modern production techniques and progressive sounds. The label is designed to nurture artists who are pushing creative boundaries while contributing to the continued evolution of the continent’s electronic music scene.

JNR SA Becomes Tech Hub’s First Signing
Leading the label’s inaugural roster is JNR SA, who officially becomes the first artist signed to Tech Hub.
Already recognised as a respected producer and creative collaborator, JNR SA has worked closely with Kabza De Small in shaping the label’s sonic identity. He has played a significant role in producing Afrotech records, supporting Kabza’s transition into Afrotech-focused DJ performances, and helping reinterpret elements of Kabza’s catalogue for a new generation of listeners.
His signing represents the beginning of Tech Hub‘s mission to spotlight groundbreaking African electronic artists.
Dance To My Afro Set for July Release
To celebrate the launch of Tech Hub, JNR SA will release his highly anticipated project, Dance To My Afro, with the full backing of Kabza De Small and the new label.

The album rollout begins with a pre-order campaign launching on 10 July 2026, alongside two lead singles featuring some of South Africa‘s most respected dance music artists, including Sun-El Musician, Oscar Mbo, and Section Five.
The complete project will officially be released on 24 July 2026.
Blending deep African rhythms, soulful melodies, and cutting-edge electronic production, Dance To My Afro highlights JNR SA‘s unique interpretation of Afrotech while introducing listeners to the musical direction Tech Hub aims to champion.
