South African Afro House maestro Darque makes a stunning debut on Sondela Recordings with Next To You (Extended Mix), alongside SickLuv and vocalist Maline Aura. Known for his chart-topping collaborations like Areyeng with Musa Keys and Jnr SA and Nkosi with Dlala Thukzin and Kabza De Small, Darque continues to affirm his place among the genre’s most essential talents.
At the heart of Next To You is Maline Aura’s emotive vocal, portraying a woman caught in the magic of instant connection on the dancefloor. Her lyrics radiate both vulnerability and euphoria—capturing the pulse of love at first sight. Darque masterfully molds this sentiment into a lush, soulful soundscape, while SickLuv’s refined production touch injects the perfect balance of intimacy and rhythmic energy.
Already lighting up European dancefloors, Next To You resonates deeply with audiences drawn to its fusion of soul, groove, and emotion. This collaboration delivers more than a club anthem—it’s a heartfelt journey that embodies the spirit of Afro House at its most expressive and uplifting.
