Cape Town is set for one of the biggest music events of the summer as Grammy Award-winning South African superstar Tyla brings her A*POP World Tour to Green Point Track on Monday, 4 January 2027.
The Cape Town show forms part of the African leg of Tyla’s first-ever global headline tour, following performances across Europe, the United Kingdom and North America. For local fans, it’s a chance to celebrate one of South Africa‘s biggest global success stories on home soil.
Fresh off the release of her sophomore album A*POP, Tyla continues to dominate international stages with chart-topping hits including CHANEL, IS IT LOVE, SHE DID IT AGAIN, and the global anthem WATER.
The Cape Town performance promises an unforgettable night filled with world-class production, high-energy choreography and the signature sound that has made Tyla one of Africa’s most influential artists. As one of only two South African stops on the tour, demand for tickets is expected to be high.
More than just a concert, this homecoming celebrates the global rise of South African music and showcases how local talent continues to shape the international music landscape.
For fans in the Mother City, 4 January is shaping up to be a must-see event as Tyla returns home to perform for the audience that has supported her journey from the very beginning.
