SWV Joins Pretoria’s Ultimate R&B Experience

Pretoria is getting an even bigger dose of nostalgia this October, as legendary R&B trio SWV joins Brian McKnight and All-4-One for the Saturday, 31 October edition of the Ultimate R&B Experience at SunBet Arena.
The announcement comes after the Cape Town leg officially sold out and more than 17,000 tickets have already been sold nationwide, signalling a strong appetite for live R&B in South Africa.
For fans who grew up with the genre’s defining voices, this isn’t simply another concert. It is an opportunity to experience the soundtrack of different generations in one room.
From Cape Town Sell-Out to Pretoria Expansion
Remoakantse Holdings has responded to the demand by adding SWV to the Pretoria line-up, turning an already nostalgic weekend into an even bigger celebration of classic R&B.
The trio, best known for timeless tracks including Weak, Right Here and Rain, will share the stage with Brian McKnight and All-4-One on 31 October.
The move also highlights something happening across South Africa‘s live entertainment landscape: audiences are willing to show up for established artists when the experience connects with memories, culture and music that has remained relevant decades later.
According to Remoakantse Holdings managing director Thabiso “Skeelo” Mogasha, the decision followed fans asking for more after the strong response to the tour.
