Gunna Brings Wunna Run Club to Johannesburg
9 January @ 7:00 am – 11:00 am
Warner Music Africa is proud to announce the Johannesburg edition of the Wunna Run Club — a 5km community run with global rap superstar Gunna, presented by Milk & Cookies. Taking place during the African leg of his Wun World Tour, the event marks the first time the wellness-driven movement arrives on South African soil.
Originally launched in New York, the Wunna Run Club was born from Gunna’s personal commitment to balance, discipline and wellbeing. Since then, it has grown into a global initiative that connects fans through movement, community and shared purpose. Bringing the run to Johannesburg reflects a powerful moment of cultural exchange, blending music, lifestyle and wellness in an accessible, inclusive way.
Set to take place just ahead of Gunna’s headline performance at the Milk & Cookies Festival, the Wunna Run Club offers fans a rare opportunity to connect with the artist beyond the stage. Open to runners of all fitness levels, the 5km run centres community, self-care and collective energy — reinforcing wellness as a journey best experienced together.
