House musician and multi-instrumentalist Miguel Scott unveils his latest sonic statement, The Definition—a lush, analog-rich exploration of deep house built on masterful musicianship. The release comes paired with a high-energy remix from Deeper Shades Recordings’ own Lars Behrenroth, delivering both atmospheric depth and peak-time punch.
The original mix is layered with dreamy hooks and warm textures, showcasing Miguel Scott’s impressive command of classic hardware. He weaves together the soulful tones of the Rhodes, the character of the Moog and Prophet 5, the sweeping beauty of the Solina Strings Ensemble, the nostalgic charm of the Juno 6, and organic touches from upright piano and percussion. The result is a timeless, emotive deep house cut that feels both expansive and intimate.
