South African hitmaking duo Venom & Shishiliza are keeping the momentum going with their latest single, Saka Mama, which continues to make waves following its release. The energetic track serves as the first taste of their highly anticipated upcoming project, Love Is Pain 2, expected later in 2026.

Known for blending Hip-Hop, Amapiano, Afro-pop and Kwaito into a signature sound, Venom & Shishiliza have built a reputation for delivering chart-topping collaborations. Following the success of fan favourites such as Flight Ya Hoseng and the multi-platinum hit Sondela, the duo once again brings together some of South Africa’s biggest names.

Saka Mama features an all-star lineup including Yumbs, Masterpiece YVK, Kwesta, Eeque, Ch’cco and Zwayetoven. The track combines infectious Kwaito-inspired grooves, Amapiano rhythms and Hip-Hop energy, creating a vibrant anthem designed for dance floors and social gatherings.

The title, which translates to “Dance Mama” or “Go Down Mama,” perfectly reflects the carefree and fun-loving spirit of the song. Speaking about the inspiration behind the release, Shishiliza explained that the track tells a light-hearted story about being captivated by someone’s dance moves despite knowing they may not be the ideal partner.

With its catchy production and star-studded collaboration, Saka Mama is shaping up to be another standout addition to Venom & Shishiliza’s growing catalogue as fans eagerly await Love Is Pain 2.
