Huawei’s Dubai Launch Merges Art, Fashion and Imaging with Pura 80 and XMAGE 2025
Pura 80 Series Steals the Show as Huawei Redefines Mobile Imaging in Dubai
In a dazzling fusion of art, fashion, and innovation, Huawei launched its new product lineup at a special “Fashion Next” event in Dubai. The spotlight was firmly on the HUAWEI Pura 80 Series, a bold statement in mobile imaging design and performance, alongside the versatile HUAWEI MatePad 11.5. Huawei also reaffirmed its commitment to creative excellence with the announcement of the XMAGE Awards 2025, which will culminate at Paris Photo 2025 in the iconic Grand Palais.
Pura 80 Series: Art Meets Imaging Innovation
Positioned as the imaging flagship of the Pura Series, the HUAWEI Pura 80 Pro and Ultra immediately captivated audiences with a stunning blend of modern aesthetics and next-gen photography capabilities.
The standout feature? A 1-inch Ultra Lighting HDR camera, complemented by an Ultra Chroma Camera with pixel-level color calibration. The Pura 80 Ultra breaks new ground with the world’s first Switchable Dual Telephoto Camera, combining a large sensor with dual telephoto lenses for exceptional versatility across all shooting distances.

Aesthetically, the Pura 80 Series pays homage to both Eastern and Western design philosophies, featuring a signature glazed texture inspired by monochrome glazes and crafted to perfection. The result is a smartphone that’s as much a visual statement as it is a technological powerhouse.
MatePad 11.5: Built for Learning, Creating and Productivity
Designed for students and young professionals, the HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 introduces a new standard in portable productivity. It features an 11.5-inch FullView Display with 2.5K resolution and the PaperMatte Display for a comfortable, natural viewing experience.

Weighing in with a 10,100 mAh battery, the tablet promises long-lasting performance in a sleek 6.1 mm chassis. It supports the HUAWEI M-Pencil (3rd Gen) with magnetic wireless charging, and comes preloaded with upgraded productivity apps like HUAWEI Notes and the new GoPaint app—perfect for work, study, or creativity on the go.
XMAGE Awards 2025: Global Creativity Gets a Stage
