G-Wash10 and Larion make a powerful entrance on Sondela with The Day We Met, a soul-stirring collaboration alongside the legendary Mr. V. This two-track release includes the original vocal mix and an instrumental version, both steeped in deep house elegance.
At its core, The Day We Met is a heartfelt ode to the moment house music first captured your soul. Mr. V, known for his signature spoken word style, delivers a poignant performance layered over warm synth textures, rolling basslines, and hypnotic grooves. It’s a track that feels both timeless and deeply personal, evoking memories of dancefloors past and the magic of musical discovery.
Following his 2023 feature on Perempay & DaVinche’s This Is Not A Game, Mr. V’s return to Sondela is met with the fresh energy of G-Wash10 and Larion, whose synergy in the studio shines throughout the release. Crafted in a single, inspired session, this release is more than music—it’s a celebration of connection and creativity in house culture.
