Live Concert Launch at The Bioscope: Leon John’s How To Be Okay
Pan-African singer-songwriter Leon John is set to unveil his soul-baring new EP How To Be Okay with an exclusive live concert launch at The Bioscope Independent Cinema, Johannesburg, on Thursday, 25 September 2025. The event is hosted in collaboration with Stickers Concerts, known for creating intimate and immersive live music experiences.
A One-Night-Only Experience
The live performance marks the first time Leon John will bring the six-track EP to the stage, giving fans a chance to experience the emotional depth of his new project in an intimate setting. With its raw storytelling and stripped-back production, the EP offers an unflinching reflection on love, loss, and self-acceptance.
Tracks like the heartfelt “I Love You, I’m Sorry”, the candid “Loser”, and the standout duet “What You Do” featuring Zolani Mahola (formerly of Freshlyground), promise to take audiences on a journey of vulnerability and connection.
This special show is not just a launch, but an invitation to step into the world of How To Be Okay, offering a unique live interpretation of Leon John’s most introspective work to date.
