The innovative, non-surgical body contouring treatment uses controlled cooling technology to target and destroy fat cells in specific areas of the body. Popular treatment areas include the abdomen, love handles, inner thighs, upper arms and beneath the chin.
Unlike surgical fat reduction procedures, Cryolipolysis requires no anaesthesia, no incisions and no recovery time. Treatments typically take between 30 and 60 minutes, making it an ideal option for busy professionals who can easily fit a session into a lunch break before returning to their daily routine.
The science behind the treatment is straightforward. Fat cells are naturally more sensitive to cold temperatures than surrounding skin and tissue. Controlled cooling damages the fat cells while leaving nearby tissue unaffected. Over the following weeks, the body naturally processes and eliminates the damaged fat cells. Once removed, these fat cells are gone permanently.
Most clients begin noticing changes approximately three weeks after treatment, with more visible improvements appearing after two months. Peak results are generally achieved within four months, with clinical studies showing an average fat reduction of 15% to 28% in treated areas.

Before treatment, guests are required to attend a consultation where a qualified therapist assesses whether Cryolipolysis is suitable for their needs and recommends an appropriate treatment plan. Multiple treatment areas can be addressed during the same visit where appropriate.
