South African television personalities and sisters Millicent Mashile and Innocent Sadiki, popularly known as the Cenntwinz, recently embarked on an unforgettable journey to Hong Kong for the historic 50th edition of the Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens.
The twins swapped Johannesburg’s autumn chill for Hong Kong’s dazzling skyline and fast-paced energy, sharing their experiences with followers across social media. Their trip blended luxury travel, international sport, and cultural discovery, offering a glimpse into one of Asia’s most dynamic destinations.

Travelling with Cathay Pacific aboard its state-of-the-art Airbus A350-900 in Business Class, the sisters enjoyed a premium long-haul experience complete with Michelin-inspired cuisine, inflight connectivity, and access to the airline’s flagship lounges at Hong Kong International Airport.
Their visit centred around the iconic Hong Kong Sevens at Kai Tak Stadium, where thousands of rugby fans from around the world gathered for three days of thrilling action and festival-like celebrations. The colourful costumes, music, and electrifying atmosphere left a lasting impression on the twins.
Beyond the rugby, the sisters immersed themselves in Hong Kong’s vibrant culture. They explored Victoria Harbour, experienced the city’s famous nightlife in Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo, and indulged in Cantonese fine dining at the two Michelin-starred Shang Palace while staying at the Kowloon Shangri-La.

The adventure also included visits to Victoria Peak, Ocean Park Hong Kong, M+, Asia’s first global museum of contemporary visual culture, and the scenic Repulse Bay, showcasing the city’s unique blend of urban excitement and natural beauty.
For the Cenntwinz, Hong Kong proved to be more than a destination for sport. It was a city of endless experiences, where global events, exceptional cuisine, and breathtaking scenery come together to create memories that last long after the final whistle.
