Dlala Thukzin has officially dropped 031 Studio Camp 2.0, the highly anticipated follow-up to his collaborative project series inspired by his annual studio camp in Durban, South Africa. Known for uniting top-tier vocalists and producers for a weekend of creative magic, this new volume reaffirms Thukzin’s status as a key figure in the evolution of Afro House and Afrotech.
While he first rose to prominence in the Gqom scene, Thukzin continues to push sonic boundaries, blending percussion-rich beats, warm electronic textures, and soulful melodies. The 8-track EP features standout collaborations with Zeh McGeba, Nkosazana Daughter, Zee Nxumalo, Limit Nala, and more. Longtime collaborators Skillz and MK Productions return to help shape the project’s polished sound.
“This project is about where we are right now with our sound. It’s about making music that feels good and working with people I believe in.”
