Y Introduces Club Y with an Exclusive Launch Party
Y is redefining the mix experience with Club Y, a fresh and electrifying new addition to its weekday lineup. Replacing the iconic YTKO mix show, Club Y promises a dynamic twist—no DJ owns a day of the week. To kick things off in true Y style, the station is throwing an exclusive launch party on April 12, 2025, at Zone 6 Venue in Soweto. This free but RSVP-only event will run from 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM, promising an immersive experience that blends futuristic visuals, cyberpunk aesthetics, and high-energy beats.

The Club Y Launch Party isn’t just about the music—it’s about immersing yourself in the energy of Y. Inspired by AI, neon-lit aesthetics, and underground party culture, the event will feature LED displays, holograms, and cutting-edge visuals to set the mood for an unforgettable night.
“We want to take you to a place where the underground party vibe meets today’s energy. Club Y is all about inclusivity, with a rebellious twist that says ‘we do things our way.’ It’s a space where music, creativity, and community all come together. And we’re just getting started.”
