KUNYE Returns to Nairobi: Together As One

KUNYE is more than just a record label or an event series — it is a living, breathing Afro House culture founded by Shimza. Built on the idea of unity through music, KUNYE continues to connect artists and fans into a single rhythm, where the dance floor becomes a shared language. Under the powerful mantra “Together As One”, KUNYE stands as a global movement rooted in African electronic music.

On February 28th, 2026, KUNYE makes its highly anticipated return to Nairobi, taking over Uhuru Gardens for an unforgettable Afro House experience. The event promises deep grooves, soulful energy, and a crowd united by sound, emotion, and movement.

The Nairobi edition is proudly brought to you by Gondwana KE, continuing the tradition of delivering world-class music experiences to East Africa.

“We touch down once again for another instalment of Kunye 💃🏾✨ Let’s all meet on the dance floor for an unmatched experience and vibe!”

Announcing the return, Kunye Records shared on Instagram:

With Shimza’s vision at the core, KUNYE events are known for their immersive atmosphere, carefully curated music, and a sense of community that extends beyond the night. Each gathering celebrates Afro House as both an art form and a cultural connector.
