Código 1530 Tequila Presents Theatre Music Festival – South Africa
Featuring Lane 8 Live in Johannesburg & Cape Town | November 2025
Código 1530 Tequila proudly marks its South African debut with Theatre, a new music and lifestyle festival series designed to celebrate artistry, culture, and unforgettable experiences. The inaugural edition takes place this November 2025, headlined by none other than Lane 8, one of electronic music’s most revered names, performing in South Africa for the very first time.
Famed for his This Never Happened shows and emotionally rich soundscapes, Lane 8 promises two nights of melodic house and progressive euphoria — under the stars, in stunning outdoor settings curated for connection and celebration.
But Theatre isn’t just a festival — it’s a journey. A carefully crafted experience where music meets art, lifestyle meets design, and every detail tells a story. From the sound to the setting, the crowd to the cocktails, Theatre embodies a spirit of sophistication and creativity.
At the heart of it all is Código 1530 Tequila, Mexico’s best-kept secret, now unveiled to South African tastemakers. Crafted in small batches and steeped in centuries-old traditions, Código represents authenticity, refinement, and excellence — perfectly mirroring the essence of Theatre.
Adding to the sonic journey, Grammy-nominated duo Sultan & Shepard will join the lineup, known for their deep, emotive performances that blend seamlessly with the night’s melodic energy.
“Theatre is a passion project. It’s about creating moments that linger – where music, design, and culture collide. This isn’t just another festival. It’s a boutique experience, crafted with care. So dress up, dive in, and let every detail be part of the show.”
