Johannesburg’s evolving lifestyle scene continues to embrace curated culinary experiences, and MATH Restaurant is leading the conversation with the latest edition of the MATH Wine Club — an immersive evening where fine dining, exceptional wines, and meaningful connection come together in style.

Set to take place on Thursday, 28 May at Waterfall Corner in Midrand, the upcoming edition of the MATH Wine Club will spotlight the celebrated Stellenbosch estate, Waterford Wines, bringing together wine lovers, tastemakers, creatives, and professionals for an elevated social dining experience.

Guests will arrive from 18:00 for an 18:30 seating and will be treated to a sophisticated four-course menu curated by acclaimed Chef Eric Mphela. Each course will be expertly paired with a distinctive wine selection from Waterford Wines’ renowned portfolio, creating a journey rooted in flavour, storytelling, and craftsmanship.

Widely respected for its terroir-driven wines and regenerative farming philosophy, Waterford Wines has become one of South Africa’s most celebrated wine estates. Situated in the ancient soils of Stellenbosch, the estate is known for producing elegant wines that express a strong sense of place, with Cabernet Sauvignon remaining a standout varietal in its celebrated collection. Signature labels such as The Jem continue to reflect Waterford’s dedication to balance, quality, and classic Old World winemaking traditions.
