The next edition of this sought-after gathering takes place on Thursday, 26 March, at Waterfall Corner in Midrand. Guests will be welcomed from 18:00 for an 18:30 start, setting the tone for an elegant evening of discovery. This time, the spotlight returns to Spier Wines, one of South Africa’s most respected and historic wine estates.

Founded in 1692 in Stellenbosch, Spier Wines is among the country’s oldest working wine farms. With centuries of heritage behind it, the brand continues to balance tradition with innovation—producing wines that reflect both the richness of the land and a commitment to sustainable, regenerative farming.

At MATH Wine Club, guests will experience a curated selection of Spier’s standout wines, each thoughtfully paired with a bespoke four-course menu. The pairing is designed not only to complement flavours but to highlight the craftsmanship and character behind every bottle.
