Strictly Soul October Dates: East Africa, Get Ready!
East Africa, get ready for the ultimate R&B experience this October! Strictly Soul, Africa’s biggest R&B party, is hitting the region with an electrifying lineup that promises to light up your cities. This year marks an exciting first, as Kampala will kick off the festivities, followed by Nairobi, and culminating in Kigali.
Kampala: 8th October
The party starts in Kampala on 8th October at the Golden Hill Restaurant and Lounge. From 7 PM to 2 AM, revelers can expect a night filled with the smoothest R&B hits. Music lovers will enjoy classics and contemporary hits from iconic artists like Brandy, Beyoncé, TLC, Rihanna, Mary J. Blige, T-Pain, and SZA, all curated by the international DJ Akio, along with special guests.

Nairobi: 9th October

Kigali: 12th October
Finally, Kigali will host its own edition on 12th October, featuring an exquisite atmosphere dedicated to R&B, Soul, Neo-Soul, Trap Soul, and Future Beats. DJ Akio Kawahito and host Anita Makgetla will lead the festivities, alongside guest DJs, creating a unique and memorable experience for attendees.
