Goldfish, Sun-El Musician, Zakes Bantwini and Jan Blomqvist are just some of the names on a star-studded line-up of world class entertainment set to perform in the Corona Chasing Sunsets tour, in some of South Africa’s most spectacular sunset locations, from Cape Town to Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.

Corona Chasing Sunsets has also become synonymous with the festive season in SA and, following on the Corona Sunsets Festival held in Johannesburg last month, the Tour kicks off at the Grand Africa Café & Beach, Cape Town on Saturday, 17th December.

“At the heart of the Corona Chasing Sunsets Tour is the idea of taking a moment to break away from busy schedules & routines, to relax and unwind in the company of friends while immersing yourself in a beautiful sunset. To this idea we combine the world’s best talent and the most stunning sunset locations to create an unforgettable lifestyle experience. This year will again be a celebration of summer with such exciting line-ups and extraordinary venues,”.

says Melanie Nicholson, Marketing Manager, Corona South Africa

With its oceanside setting, the Grand Africa Café & Beach is the quintessential relaxation destination, and the opening Corona Chasing Sunsets event has curated a special line up including Berlin-based musician-singer-producer, Jan Blomqvist, who seamlessly blends various house styles with a live performance that has been captivating audiences worldwide.

Blomqvist arrives to SA on his global tour which has included dates in San Francisco, New York, Miami, Buenos Aires, Mexico, Amsterdam, Vienna, Poland, and Dubai.

“I have been anticipating this performance most of all. What I do is more than just a cubbing experience – it’s a journey. To create a unique experience in one of the most beautiful places in the world is really exciting and I can’t wait to be there,”.
