More high-quality, lush deep house, from Belgian producer COLORJAXX whose recent releases on SALTED, LARGE MUSIC, SUB_URBAN have cemented his name in this ever-growing scene. Starting up with YOUR LOVE, you’ll be gifted with swinging beats and a wonderful build to a crunchy yet settled bass line, followed by lush vocals snippets that add a beautiful texture to this dubbed-out wonderland. The second cut on the EP entitled DISTANT PEOPLE, has a similarly skippy drum work out but it’s the rooted bass bump and soft chords that set it aside and bring a kind of sadness to the overall feel. Jordy “COLORJAXX” is one to watch.
