MLT2 is Daev‘s Latest Offering. This is his 2nd 2020 release, following up after the rap project “A Time For Everything”. He Managed to start this album while simultaneously working on ATFE. This process was holistic & anchored by the constant desire to diversify & be more versatile with his sound & process.

Although the sonic intent of this project was to be in mixtape format (raw & authentic), its still an album. Sampling Skits from comedian Mark Mdluli about the modern struggles of the youth (both personal & non relatable) helped tie it together to further articulate the contexts.

The project was wrapped up in the midst of stress anxiety & love.
