Sports company PUMA is celebrating the 45th anniversary of the widely beloved character Hello Kitty with a collection blending Hello Kitty’s signature cute and bubbly aesthetic and the sporty streetstyle DNA of PUMA.
Small in size but great in influence, the iconic character has ruled pop culture for 45 years after her debut in Japan in 1974. Playful prints, familiar characters, logos and graphics are used across the collection, making PUMA’s streetstyle and sporty edge a little sweeter.
PUMA’s second collaboration with Hello Kitty includes a cozy rendition of the PUMA x HELLO KITTY Cali (R1 799),featuring removable lace patches and two sets of laces with red Hello Kitty branding, as well as the PUMA x Hello Kitty Crew (R999) and Leggings (R599).
Within the collection are adorable matching mini-me items for kids including the PUMA x Hello Kitty Cali (R1 299), AOP Tee (R449), Crew (R699) and Leggings (R499).
Right on time for Kitty’s birthday, PUMA x HELLO KITTY dropped at PUMA Select stores, Shesha, Jack Lemkus, Sportscene online and selected retailers on 1 November 2019.
